When you visit this site, certain kinds of non-personal information, such as the website that referred you to us, your IP address, browser type and language, and access times, may be collected automatically as part of the site’s operation.

Your purchase or use of our products implies that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions and our License Agreement.


Use of MotoCMS.com

iAgent Solutions provides an online digital products available for purchase, product descriptions, product images, product samples and other digital content. With the exception of any portion of the iAgent Solutions products, you may download, view, copy and print any other aspect of this site,
(i) solely for personal, informational, and non-commercial purposes; and
(ii) provided that neither the materials, nor any proprietary notices therein, are modified or altered.


You agree not to upload on or transmit to or via iAgentSolutions.com any content which: (i) infringes or otherwise violates any copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary right; (ii) is defamatory, libelous, expresses hate, or is unlawfully threatening; (iii) is pornographic, obscene or exploitative of a minor; (iv) contains or embodies a virus, worm, Trojan Horse or other contaminating or destructive feature; or (v) otherwise violates any applicable treaty, law or regulation.


You agree you will not interfere, in any way, with others’ use of or access to iAgentSolutions.com and will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the account or computer system of any other iAgentSolutions.com site user. You further agree not to take any other action in connection with your use of iAgentSolutions.com which violates any treaty, law or regulation and to fully comply with all applicable treaties, laws and regulations in your use of iAgentSolutions.com. iAgentSolutions.comassumes no liability, and shall not be held responsible for, any action you take in connection with your use of iAgentSolutions.com.


User Content

Except where otherwise expressly provided by iAgentSolutions.com, all comments, feedback, or information submitted to iAgentSolutions.com through or in association with iAgentSolutions.com (collectively, “User Content”) will be considered non-confidential and iAgentSolutions.com property. By submitting such User Content to iAgentSolutions.com , you agree that you assign to iAgentSolutions.com , without charge, all worldwide rights, title and interest, including copyrights and other intellectual property rights, in and to the User Content. iAgentSolutions.comwill be free to use such User Content in any manner or media whatsoever, on an unrestricted basis and without any compensation or royalties to you.

You also represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the User Content that you post; that the User Content is accurate; and that use of the User Content you supply does not violate this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity. iAgentSolutions.comhas the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit or remove User Content. iAgentSolutions.comtakes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any User Content posted by you or any third party.


Antifraud check

Customer purchase can be suspended for manual antifraud check for 10-20 minutes as well as it can be suspended for longer term (around 20 hours) for more serious investigation. Antifraud check occurs because of growing number of fraud transactions from persons who are not actual cardholders of the credit cards used during purchase.


Refunds on iAgent Solutions Product license

We do not issue refunds on iAgent Solutions Product  license. You can get a free 30-day trialof fully-functional version of our CMS before purchasing to see if it fits your needs. The trial version is the same product that you get upon purchasing, with no restrictions or limitations.


Refunds on Flash CMS Template

Since iAgentSolutions.com is offering non-tangible irrevocable products we do not issue refunds once the order is performed and the product is delivered, which you are responsible for understanding upon purchasing. Please make sure that you have carefully read all relevant documentation and tried out the demo.

However, we are aware that some circumstances can occur under which we are to review a refund request. With regard to the specific character of the product we provide, there are reasons, upon which a REFUND REQUEST can be applied:

* Non-delivery of the product: in case some mailing issues occur and an e-mail with a download link is not delivered to you, please contact us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to our Technical Support Team in writing within 7 days from the order placing date.

* Major bugs and defects: when you stably encounter an error which is preventing you from using our product properly, and if we are not able to correct the error within an acceptable period of time or are unable to suggest a temporary solution, the refund will be issued to the customer in full without any compensations. Such issues must be submitted to our Technical Support Team’s approval.

* Product not-as-described: such issues should be reported to our Technical Support Department within 7 days from the date of the purchase. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as it is described on the website. Please make sure you tried our Demo before you place your order to verify that the product you are purchasing satisfies your needs. Complaints based on the absence of features which we never claimed to provide and which are not listed in the feature list for our product are not honored.

Please note, that we do not assume the responsibility and therefore reserve the right to refuse a refund request based on incompatibility of our products with some third-party software.

We will send you an e-mail to notify whether you are eligible for a refund based on the proof of purchase you provided and product package you returned to us (if any). You must also destroy all copies of the software you may have made or stored in any place, as well as remove the software from any computers owned or controlled by you.

If your request for a refund is confirmed, the money will be processed in the manner payment was received within 2 to 7 business days following confirmation of eligibility.
